And what if a job doesn't get done? "Ooh, that's the fun part," quips Fichtl, "someone gets to play coach and flag down a player with a Try Again sticker," a stern, yet comical motherly Glirble™ with her hands on her hips. The other coaches are much nicer; Good Job and Hugs & Kisses make kids feel good and let them know they're on the right track.

Finally, there's the reward bank. Kids play a trading game by weighing what they really want - a movie at the end of the week or a bicycle in the not-so-distant future. The reward bank lists longer-term goals and the corresponding number of stars needed to reach those reward goals. A bicycle may require 42 stars for little Billy, and a Mercedes convertible may need 1000 stars from Mom and Dad.

What about Inner Works long-term goals? "We want to keep doing what we do best - create innovative ways for kids to keep track of their lives yet still have fun and be creative in the process," says Fanny Chin whose brain child is the award-winning line of Creative Calendar®. "If our Glirbles™ captures the heart of our target audience, a possible product extension would be Glirbles™ Chore Buddies, stuffed companions that keep young kids company while doing chores. There are a thousand combinations of fun things we can do. Let's just see if our job and reward chart wins this race first."
